Xavier Jones is a strategist, visionary, and apostolic leader, trailblazing a path for the current and next generation of believers. He is the founder and Lead Pastor of Transformation Church Miami. Transformation Church Miami is a multicultural, multigenerational ministry that inspires, motivates, and provokes people of all backgrounds and experiences towards life change in the name of Jesus.
Pastor Jones fosters a culture of community that provides Christ-centered resources, connections, and opportunities to assist individuals in discovering and pursuing their purpose. His intent is to live and lead a lifestyle that executes his vision of “Transformed People, Transforming People''. He has a dynamic, motivational, and relational style that reaches diverse audiences and provides him the opportunity to assist other churches and organizations in becoming spaces of influence and destiny for God’s people.
In addition to serving as Lead Pastor of Transformation Church Miami, Pastor Jones holds the title of Division Fire Chief. He earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida International University. In his hometown of Miami, FL, he was named one of South Florida’s Most Influential Leaders under 40. Pastor Jones is also an accomplished author who has been featured on Good Morning America highlighting his transformative leadership skills and heart for community advocacy.
With over 15 years of Ministerial leadership experience, Pastor Jones is poised and positioned to reach people far from God and raise them up in a new life in Jesus Christ.
