Transformation College
Built on the conviction that education, discipleship, and calling go hand in hand — shaping whole people for their God-given destiny.
Purpose
Our purpose is to use our local church to shape, mold, and form people for their destiny designed by God — developing character, calling, and competence in every student.
Mission
To reach people far from God and raise them up in a new life in Jesus Christ — equipping them through rigorous academic formation and Spirit-led education.
Vision
We envision a community of graduates who carry lasting transformation into every sphere — the church, the marketplace, the community, and the nations.

TBC is built and run by committed leaders who serve students from enrollment through graduation.
These seven values are the heartbeat of Transformation Bible College — shaping how we teach, how we treat one another, and how we engage the world.
We honor God in all we do, and we honor every person who walks through our doors — treating faculty, staff, and students with dignity, respect, and esteem befitting those made in the image of God.
True transformation begins with a posture of humility. We learn with open hands and open hearts — acknowledging that growth requires vulnerability, and that the greatest leaders are those who serve.
We are committed to truth — in our scholarship, our relationships, and our character. Honesty builds the integrity that undergirds lasting ministry and leadership in every sphere of life.
We create environments where everyone belongs. Our campus is a table set wide — welcoming the seeker, the scholar, and the servant alike, reflecting the radical welcome of the Kingdom of God.
We believe whole-person wellness — spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical — is essential to sustainable ministry and life. TBC cultivates rhythms of rest, growth, and wholeness in every student.
Hope is not wishful thinking — it is confident expectation rooted in the promises of God. We equip students to carry and activate hope in their communities, families, and spheres of influence.
The Body of Christ is beautifully diverse, and so are we. We celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures, backgrounds, and experiences that God brings to our community — stronger together because of our differences.
